What We Do


The business is established since 2000. And the new management started April 17,2015. We still have the same technicians as before and we also have new wonderful, professional technicians. Meanwhile, we did remodeling for the spa and upgrade our products and services. Here are a few things we do that make us really different than others.
1. We really do focus on the cleanness and health of every customer and employee. We use disposable pedicure liner, file, buffer for every customer. We also use medical level autoclave to disinfect our metal tools.
2. We use non-chemical, herbal organic products that are benefit for everyone's health.
3. We constantly upgrade and update our products and services in order to provide our customer the newest and best product experience.

Spa Policy

Tardiness

  • Scheduled appointments have a 5-minute grace period.
  • If you anticipate that you will be later than 5 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments.
  • Therefore, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.


Cancelation or No-Show

  • Cancelation or Reschedule can be done by calling 9547714804.
  • Please give us at least 24-hour notice so we can offer you reserved time to another client.
  • For same day booking please give us at least 2 hours’ notice to cancel
  • After 2 No-Show and no cancelation we will not be able to book your appointment.


Guarantee

  • Enhancements (Acrylic, Dip Powder, Powder Gel, and Liquid Gel) and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; Excluding breakages.
  • Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $3 and up each.
  • If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within the first five days, please call us to schedule a free repair.
  • Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. We will always adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.

  • Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
  • Long Nails, Special shapes and Nail jewels tend to be more delicate and easier to break.


Double Booking
We always want to make sure we accommodate every customer at their best time possible, therefore unwanted mistakes sometimes happen. In case we make a mistake and double book your appointment, as an apology, we will give you 20% discount in your following appointment.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to

  • Anyone with nail condition we suspect may be contagious or could be further harmed by our services
  • Anyone with open or infected wound
  • Anyone more than 10 min late for an appointment
  • Rude, disrespectful people


If you are not satisfied with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay.
